Covid-19 Operation Updates As Of 08/04/20
Dear Customers & Friends,
- As the situation caused by COVID-19 quickly progresses, we want to assure you that all of us at B&D Allenscape are doing everything we can to keep our employees, and customers we serve feel safe during our spring clean up and/or weekly lawn care service for your property.
- Property maintenance such as lawn care and snow removal services will remain fully operational as it is categorized as an essential service.
- At this time, hours of operation may be shortened as well as specific services in our swimming pool division. We appreciate your understanding in these difficult times.
- We are hoping to be back to our regular operating hours and operations by April 15th.
- We continue to introduce new safety measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19. Until further notice, these safety measures will now include a change to how we operate and interact with customers.
- To help minimize points of close contact in our communities, we request customers to direct inquiries to either of the following managers via email, text, or phone call Brett @ 204-795-8158 Or Darcy @ 204-795-5335.
- Employees are to wear gloves and masks while performing services at customer’s properties.
- Everyone must remain a minimum of 6 feet apart in distance.
- All trucks/job sites will have hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes within reach.
- Exercising social distancing.
- We encourage customers who receive mailed paper invoices to sign up for emailed invoices.
- Customers who pay cash or cheque either in person or mail are encouraged to send e-transfers instead to avoid handling and contact of physical securities. E-transfers can be sent to [email protected]
- We will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around COVID-19.
- During this difficult time, please know that your safety and the safety of our employees remains our top priority.
